Oat milk has become really popular plant-based milk lately. Just simply because it takes little to no effort to make oat milk at home. Homemade oat milk is much more heather and cheaper to make and here is the recipe that you can use to make oat milk at home.
3 cups of water
3 Pitted date ( Medjool or 1 tablespoon of coconut sugar )
1/2 cup rolled oats
Pinch of Vanilla bean powder ( Optional)
In a high-speed blender or any blender, add all the ingredient together. Blend until all the oat and date are well combined. * If you don't have a high-speed blender, just sock the date with 1/2 cup of warm water for 30 minutes. Take the dates out and add in a blender with all the ingredients."
Pour the milk through a fine-mesh strainer or cheesecloth. Store in the fridge for up to 7 days.
